While in battle against the Heralds, the Myogi is caught in the detonation of an Iconian mine and expelled from the battle at great speed. When the crew comes to, they find the Myogi in the atmosphere of a Class M planet of a similar atmospheric composition to Earth. A local broadcast revealing the upcoming launch of a Space Shuttle raises time travel fears, but the ship's chronometers are still displaying the same stardate.
